Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16, when she gave up gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further her studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to get her college degree. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more than happy of the result. Ariel competed with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She usually warms up first before moving on to the work outs. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. The way she achieves this is through supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
